Michael’s journey into the real estate world of Cabo San Lucas began in 1996 when he and his wife Sue decided to make the scenic locale their home. Though originally intending to stay for just a year, the allure of Cabo, combined with Michael’s growing prowess in the real estate sector, ensured that one year morphed into decades of dedication.
Possessing a vibrant personality and a deep understanding of Mexican real estate nuances, Michael quickly ascended the ranks to become one of Cabo’s premier agents. Prior to this adventure, Sue had successfully operated her own business in Sacramento, California. By 2005, with Michael’s ambition to establish his own real estate firm, Sue, wielding her administrative expertise, partnered with him, resulting in a formidable team.
Michael’s credentials include being a broker member of the Los Cabo Multi-Listing Service and a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). Before their Cabo move, Michael, ever the forward-thinker, had cleared his California Real Estate license exam on the very first try. Though he had initial plans of returning to California to further develop his career in real estate, Cabo had other plans for him. He initially joined a local brokerage before branching out on his own in 2005.
For 18 years, Michael’s primary office has stood proudly at the Tesoro Hotel, right by the Cabo marina. This enduring presence is a testament to his deep-rooted commitment to his clients. Michael doesn’t merely close deals; he builds lasting relationships.
