Construction started January 18th, 2021. Expected delivery date August 15, 2022.
Each unit comes with a private terrace, plunge pool, storage room, and 1-2 covered parking spaces.
Amenities include a rooftop terrace, heated pool, bbq area, firepit, and wellness room.
The condos come unfurnished. Closets, oven, range and hood are included.
There will be a furniture package available to purchase (optional). The developers are creating a furniture brand named "The Break Home" - an exclusive, high-quality design currently in the design stage.
There will be a surfboard rack at the entrance of the building. It will not be locked but it will be within the boundaries of the property. There will always be a security guard onsite. Owners and their guests will be able to pick up their boards and go to the beach easily.
